Jason Bellinger is professional real estate agent that has helped me locate 3 investment (income properties) and was very professional/knowledgeable and was always available (accessible/reachable) to answer any questions that I had regarding the process. He was also able to put me in contact with a local property mgt. company. For these reasons and his "No pressure" approach, I will definitely use Jason for all of my real estate needs in the future.

Jason helped with the process of finding and purchasing my home in Southeastern Michigan. Jason was excellent at responding quickly and knowledgeably to any questions I had and was happy to make the extra effort in showing a house a couple of times as needed to make me comfortable with the house. Jason has a great knack for knowing how to be available and helpful, but also provide space to discuss decisions with your family and spend appropriate time making decisions on an offer. He also was very helpful in offering recommendations for any services needed (home inspector, mortgage broker, etc), but was not pushy for me to use his recommendations. I would highly recommend Jason if you are looking for a Realtor in the area!

We met Jason while visiting an open house for a foreclosed property. During our conversation I inquired about some other properties we were interested in. He impressed us with his responsiveness and knowledge. We then designated him our buyer's agent. He didn't disappoint us. He was always ready when we needed him, regardless of time, day or weather conditions. We just closed on a nice property and he helped us throughout the whole process. He is also going to sell our current property which is located in Troy area. Jason knows Troy area well. In addition, he is specialized in foreclosed properties and commercial properties. I strongly recommend him without reservations.

Jason, Will go the extra to make sure his customer is satisfied. He was showing me this house that had 4 acres with it, and I was trying to figure out where the corner markers were located. There was more snow on the ground than I wanted to walk in and you really couldn't see the stakes at the corners. So I was just trying to guess. So before I realized it, Jason jumped right in and went out in over 2 feet of snow and found the corner makers. That's dedication to his customer! Jason responds on the same day contacted by his clients. He usually gets a showing within 48 hours. He takes the time to really get to know your likes, dislikes, price points, preferences for amenities, and any preferences for structural qualities of the properties that he shows. Above all, he is patient and very respectful of each client.
